POWERFUL PRAYER POINTS FOR YOUR LIFE

OCTOBER is the tenth month of the year and the number ten is very significant in Biblical terms.  The number 10 in Biblical terms represents perfection of divine order, completeness, nothing lacking, everything in proper order and a start of a whole new order.   

Jesus loved to use the number 10 in many of His sayings, particularly His parables:

• There were 10 virgins (Matt 25:1-13).

• There were 10 lepers (Luke 17:11-19).

• There were 10 talents (Matt 25:14-30).

There are also 10 I Am’s  mentioned in the Gospel of John.

The 10 “I AM’s of The Gospel of John
1.    "I am the Bread of Life which came down from heaven” Jn 6:41 2.    "I am the Light of the world" Jn 8:12 3.    "I am the Door of the sheep" Jn 10:7,9 4.    “I am the Son of God”  John 10:36 5.    "I am the Resurrection and the Life" Jn14:6	6.    "I am the True Vine"  Jn 15:1,5 7.    "I am the Living Bread”  Jn 6:51 8.    "I am One that bear witness of Myself" Jn 8:18 9.    "I am the Good Shepherd" Jn 10:14 10."I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life" Jn 14:6

The number ten in Biblical terms represents law and restoration.  The number ten is also represented in  The Ten Commandments (Exodus 20). In Matthew 25:1 we find Ten virgins. In  Luke 17:17 we see the story of Ten Lepers.  In Luke 15:8  we discover healing and  Ten silver coins.  I pray that this month God will release Ten special blessings into your life and that  you will experience a new anointing and divine favour in every area of your life.  Through prayer use God’s Word as your arrow (2 Kings 13:17) and begin to [1]shoot from your lips the following words/prayers.

 PRAYER POINTS –  (say each one three times)

1.    Psalm 19:7 
Father release The Laws of Your Word, all over your globe today, freeing the families of the earth, our homes and our lives.  Father let your seed in us reproduce itself in every area of our lives and circumstances,  in The Name of Jesus Christ.

2         2.    Dear God pour out Your Spirit, Word/blood/peace on the 7 pillars of our society: 

                (1)YOUR CHURCH (2)BUSINESSES (3)GOVERNMENTS (4)FAMILIES –YOUTH  

                (5)MEDIA  (6)EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS (7)ARTS/ ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY 

                in The Name of Jesus.

3.    Rom 3:27 We declare that The Laws of Faith will enable us to prevail against every force or foe that would try to stop us.  Through faith we will achieve/ establish the purposes of God in  our lives in The Name of Jesus Christ

4.    .John 6:35 By faith  oh God make my life bread for every hungry soul. I AM God’s Bread of life to my world, prepare and equip me to feed your people.

5.    John 8:12 Help me to be a light in the middle of a dark world. I AM God’s light in the midst of  every darkness that I face.

6.    John 10:7, 9 I close the open doors that give The Devil access to my life and speak Open Doors  to the 7 Spirits of God (Is 11:2) Father come into my life now, I AM  an Open Door to/for Almighty God, in the Name of Jesus Christ.

7.     2 Cor 5:7  I confess that I believe God even where I cannot see God, my God is well able, in The Name of Jesus Christ.

8.    2 Kings 13:17 By Faith I send out the arrows of my prayers I AM a child of The King of Kings, no circumstance of life will overcome, stop or hinder me, in The Name of ..

Say 10 times  .  I declare God’s arrows of deliverance are in my mouth. I AM God’s best idea, His anointed, His  beloved. I AM here to succeed and His Glory will be seen in my life, I AM that I AM (Ex 3:14).

SEPTEMBER PRAYER POINTS  -  DEALING WITH SPIRITUAL STRONGHOLDS/ NEGATIVE FORCES

You cannot afford to miss receiving/praying these powerful prayers[1] given each month.  The purpose of these prayer points is to enable you to pray at a deeper far more impacting level and to enable and equip you spiritually to destroy the spiritual strongholds and blockages that may be controlling your life. Speak these prayers into your life each day and watch things change. As long as you do what the Lord tells you to do and live your life according to The Laws of God, He will help you to fight every battle you encounter.  

THIS MONTH WE ARE PRAYING AGAINST THE SPIRIT OF KING JEROBOAM[2]  which is a spirit that does as it pleases rather than what pleases God (1 Kings 11:26-40)  This is also a religious spirit, but one nevertheless that we all have to battle with from time to time – replaces righteousness, God’s way of doing things with our own ways, habits and procedures[3] (2 Chronicles    1 Kings 13:4).   When King Jeroboam heard what the man of God cried against the Altar at Bethel, he stretched out his hand from the altar and said, “Seize him!” But the hand he stretched out toward the man shrivelled up, so that he could not pull it back.   Zechariah 14:3 Then the Lord will go out and fight against those nations, as He fights in the day of battle.) 20:15b Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s.   

PERSONAL PRAYER POINTS   (say each of the following 3 times each, then begin to

pray)

1.      I cast down every evil spirit that has come to cut off, “seize,” arrest my life, my progress and destroy my destiny in The Name of Jesus Christ.  

2.      I pray today that every hand stretched out against me to stop me serving God and succeeding will “shrivel up”, wither away and die in the name of Jesus Christ.

3.     Every voice crying out against my life and ministry will be destroyed by the voice of God’s Word in my mouth and by the fire of The Holy Spirit around me in The Name of Jesus Christ.

4.     I break the power of every spirit and false counsel that has come to take hold of and interfere with, my life, family, destiny and future in the Name of Jesus Christ.

5.     Say 9 times “I will not lose my portion, I will never be cut off.”

PRAYING WITH POWER! 

                  WELCOME to the month of August the eighth month of the year.  The number eight symbolizes resurrection and a new beginning. We see this illustrated through Noah's Ark which passed through the waters symbolizing death and also presented to us the first baptism, 1 Pet 20-21:

God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water.  The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us…”

                  Baptism is also part of God’s Salvation Plan for your life.  The Ark was resurrected from the flood and rested on Mt. Ararat and eight people were saved and emerged to a new beginning. David was the eighth son of Jesse.  Solomon was the eighth son of David.  The writers of the New Testament were eight in number: Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Paul, James, Peter and Jude.

God commanded Jewish males to be circumcised on the eighth day, not the first or last, this was done to seal the covenant with God:

"And when eight days were completed for the circumcision of the Child, His name was called Jesus, the name given by the angel before He was conceived in the womb"

( Luke 2:21)

The birthplace of Christ which was Bethlehem is mentioned exactly eight times in the New Testament.  This month by God’s grace you You too will be birthed into a new life and different order as you come forth from every bad circumstance of life.  I pray that God will seal you into His Covenanted Word and that everything good that was previously dead in your life will be resurrected and that a new beginning  will commence for you as you begin to pray.

PRAYER POINTS –  NATION/SOCIETY (repeat three times/pray & prophesy into these points )

1.       Matt 5:16 Father God today breakthrough, shine through the lives of your people worldwide, our  Governments, Institutions, families, ministries, Migration problems and issues. LET YOUR BLOOD SPEAK INTO/OVER OUR LIVES in The Name of Jesus Christ.

2.       Heb 10:24 We pray Lord visit and reside in your  (1)YOUR  CHURCH (2)BUSINESSES (3)GOVERNMENTS (4)FAMILIES –YOUTH  (5)MEDIA  (6)EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS (7)ARTS/ ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY and CURRENT SITUATION/AFFAIRS OF OUR WORLD (state current issues)  with Your Word and Blood, In The Name of Jesus Christ..

3.       Matt 7:12 Today I speak loosing, liberty and life to every place in the earth/  Loose the bound and captive, heal the sick and diseased.  Restore the lost and broken souls.  Save your people and cause revival to visit our world again. In The Name of Jesus Christ…

PRAYER POINTS – YOU/PERSONAL (repeat three times/pray & prophesy into these points )

PRAYING WITH OBEDIENT FAITH AND EXPECTATION

1.  Heb 11:1 Today Lord Jesus I come to you believing teach me The Facts of Faith, help me to obey Your Word and to expect results when I pray, in the Name of Jesus Christ.

2.  Heb 11:3 Father today I come to you in prayer using my faith to frame my circumstances and my world, in the Name of Jesus Christ. 

3.  Heb 11:16  Lord teach me to obey and leave the home of fear and doubt, take me to another country/place of possibilities, miracles and victory in the Name of Jesus Christ. 

4.  Ex 19:5 Father open my ears to hear and recognize your faith-filled voice, in the Name of Jesus Christ.

Say 8 times - DECLARATION

Heb 11:6  I make a decision today to obey God’s Word and  seek Him  diligently.  All things are possible with my God. Through faith I receive the rewards of God for my life and declare ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE through Christ Jesus, Hallelujah, Amen
